BALMORAL
Set against the dramatic backdrop of Balmoral's natural rock formations, this project was designed to complement a newly constructed architecturally designed home built into the cliff face. The client sought a contemporary landscape that would enhance the home's modern aesthetic while respecting the unique coastal setting and uninterrupted water views.
Our team delivered the complete landscape design and construction package, working alongside the home's construction over a four-week period. The scope included site preparation, drainage installation, soil improvement, automated irrigation, planting, turf installation and mulching to create a cohesive and low-maintenance design.

A carefully curated coastal planting palette was selected to soften the strong architectural lines of the residence and blend seamlessly with the surrounding rock formations. Low-growing species were prioritised to ensure water views remained uninterrupted. Planting included Agave, Carpobrotus, Gazania and Rosemary, complemented by Walter Buffalo turf to provide year-round greenery and durability.
Existing site elements, including the pool, fencing and retaining walls, were incorporated into the overall landscape design, ensuring a seamless connection between the built and natural environments.
Following project completion, we continue to provide ongoing garden and lawn maintenance services, including fertilisation, herbicide and pesticide treatments, hedging and general landscape care, ensuring the property remains healthy, functional and beautifully presented throughout the year.
